1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding , who are at least years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of (the "Sponsor") are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 2. Promotion period
The promotion begins and ends (the "Promotion Period"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end date and received within seven (7) days after. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. How to enter
- Free online entry. Visit callahanautos.com/giveaway and complete the entry form. Limit free online entry per person for the Promotion Period.
- Purchase entry (bonus). Each eligible merchandise item purchased at callahanautos.com/merch during the Promotion Period earns entries, credited automatically from the order record. Bonus entries are capped at per person. Refunded or cancelled orders forfeit their entries.
- Free mail-in entry (alternate method). Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3×5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:
Each properly submitted mail-in entry earns entries — the same number as one purchased item. One card per envelope; mechanically reproduced entries are void. Mail-in entries count toward the same -entry bonus cap.
All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through automated means are void.
4. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (a) a (), value ; and (b) in cash, paid by check or electronic transfer within thirty (30) days after the winner is verified. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): . Vehicle is awarded as-is with title transferred to the verified winner. The prize does not include tax, title, registration, licensing, insurance, or delivery. The winner must take delivery in Wilmington, Delaware, or arrange and pay for transport. No cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion if the vehicle becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable.
5. Drawing and odds
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about . Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry has the same chance regardless of how it was obtained.
6. Winner notification and verification
The potential winner will be notified by email and phone at the contact information provided and must respond within days. The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt, and must present a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of age. Failure to respond or comply, a return of the notification as undeliverable, or a finding of ineligibility will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the total ARV (vehicle plus cash). Winner may be required to provide a taxpayer identification number before the prize is released.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state, and statements about the promotion for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
9. General conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity, in which case the winner will be drawn from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical or human errors in the administration of the promotion.
10. Limitation of liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its members, officers, agents, and contractors from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize, including without limitation vehicle operation after title transfer.
11. Disputes and governing law
These rules and the promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
12. Privacy
Information collected is used only to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and, if the entrant opts in, send Sponsor communications. Purchase entries are recorded from PayPal order data (name, email, shipping state, ZIP, items). Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
13. Winner list
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the drawing to: , Attn: Giveaway Winner List. The winner's first name, last initial, and state will also be posted at callahanautos.com/giveaway.
